40 Ton Log Splitter

Here is a PTO-driven 40-ton log splitter we designed and built.  Travel on blade: 12 inches. Travel on main ram: 32 inches. Lifting ramp: 6 feet. It has a 25-gallon hydraulic system operates the blade, ramp and ram. Flow control for hydraulics for speed. For safety, levers do no lock in engaged position, so if you let off a lever the hydraulics stop.
